Meet Shelley — the heart behind HMC

Shelley is certified in Professional Postnatal Training, with qualifications in Lymphatic Drainage and Holistic Massage from Top to Toe Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology. With expert hands and a warm heart, she brings genuine care to every mother she works with — helping bodies recover, tensions release, and confidence return.

As an official Pigeon partner, Shelley also provides in-clinic lactation consultations including flange sizing and nipple measurement, giving new mothers the practical support they need to breastfeed with confidence.

Attended their free 90 minutes prenatal massage at Morningstar building as part of the trial given when I went for their prenatal class. Booking was seamless and fast, without much wait time. Had a great massage in their premise by their founder & she was definitely skilled. She was able to tell my sore points and resolve those (including ensuring I don't have leg cramp the next morning, which is really great for a pregnant person in third trimester).
